Time to start making sense of Alzheimers -- because short of a cure, we're going to have to learn how to live with this disease of the mind

This Fall, my colleagues and I launched www.makingsenseofalzheimers.org, a web site dedicated to understanding the disease's past, present and possible futures. It features interviews with people who are living with the disease, work by visual and performance and musical artists who are interpreting it, and stories of taking action to live with cognitive impairment. Alzheimer's is a real disease of the brain, but it is a problem of the mind.

Penn's LDI ran a story on its web site.
